About Lara

Lara Beltz
Beltz Home Service Co. – Findlay, Ohio

Lara Beltz is VP, co-owner, and marketing manager of Beltz Home Service Co. Her leadership roles began when she served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in Sicily. After her service, Lara earned her degree in marketing/graphic design and now has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and graphic design and solely manages the marketing for her company.

Currently, she serves as a founding advisor with Women in Plumbing and Piping and as president with Explore The Trades. She is a member of Women in HVAC-R, the Women of Nexstar Steering Committee, the Hancock County Business Advisory Council, and Millstream Trades Advisory Board.

Lara has a heart for educating young people about the importance and value of careers in trades and the opportunities that are afforded through the pursuit of them. She is always seeking occasions to share her experiences within the community and promote the trades business with all whom she meets. An avid outdoorswoman, Lara enjoys spending her free time with her husband, who is a fellow U.S. Navy veteran, along with their son. She’s passionate about plants, motorcycles, freedom, and Sicily.

Fostering focused connections between the professional women in the Nexstar membership, Women of Nexstar (WON) exists to recognize and help women connect, support, encourage, and develop other women in the Nexstar and PHCE networks.
