Meet the Beltz Home Service Team
Brian Beltz
Owner / President & Master HVAC Technician, Master Plumber, Master Electrician
Brian has been a Master Plumber and Electrician for over 20 years. Brian began his training in the U.S. Navy and continued it in his own business. He is a member of the BBB, numerous Chamber of Commerce organizations, Blanchard Valley BNI and the Nexstar® Network. Brian is married and lives outside McComb. He is a big NASCAR® fan, likes to golf and spend time with his friends and family.
Lara Beltz
Owner / Vice-President & Marketing Manager
Lara Beltz has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and graphic design. She also serves as an advisor with Women in Plumbing and Piping and as a trustee with Explore The Trades. She is a member of Women in HVAC-R, the Women in Nexstar Steering Committee, the Hancock County Business Advisory Council and Millstream Trades Advisory Board. Lara has a heart for educating young people about the importance and value of careers in trades. Lara is a US Navy veteran. She enjoys the outdoors with her husband and son.
Benjamin Wilkinson
Director of Operations
Benjamin has over 15 years in retail and customer service management. He loves to have the chance to make a real impact in customers’ daily lives. Benjamin was born and raised in the Findlay area on the family farm. He loves to golf and BBQ. Benjamin and his wife have 3 children. He has worked hard to take care of his family and enjoy making a positive impact on those that work with him and those in the community, as well as students via the business affiliates board at The University of Findlay of which he has served on for 9 years.

Andy has lived in the Findlay area his whole life, and loves to spend time with his family, going camping, and working on his saltwater fish tank. Andy believes that taking pride in his work and respecting customers helps him fulfill Beltz Home Service’s mission of excellent customer service, but also thinks that the most important part of our uniform is a SMILE!
Will Schedel
Service Titan Optimization Manager
Will, one of our Service Technicians at Beltz Home Service, was born and raised in Findlay and has spent 11 years in the trades. He spends his time outside of work spending time with his family and watching his beloved Cincinnati Bengals. Will leads by example at Beltz Home Service and goes above and beyond the bare minimums of the job, ensuring that all of our customers receive fast and friendly help so that they can enjoy the utmost comfort in their homes. I work in the electric trade and am amazed at how electricity works. I enjoy the intricacies of it and how important electricity is for everyday life. I am married with two kids and live in Cygnet. I like to hunt and fish. I enjoy camping with my family, and take my kids swimming and to play at the park. I run a small homestead with chickens and ducks. I have a large garden and enjoy updating my house and land to live a sustainable life.
